Adenosine Monophosphate Injectable Solution

COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
AMP……………………200mg

DESCRIPTION:
Colorless transparent liquid or slightly yellowish solution.

INDICATIONS:
For the treatment of acute myocardial ischemia, angina pectoris,
or myocardial infarction in horses.
May be used as an adjunct in the treatment of heart failure in horses.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Administer by intramuscular or intravenous injection, with dosage based on the
horse’s condition and response.
Typical initial dose for horses is 0.05-0.15 mg/kg, administered by slow
intravenous injection over 1 minute, and may be repeated as needed.
Do not exceed an injection rate of 0.2 mg/kg/min.
Adjust the dose based on clinical response until a satisfactory therapeutic
effect is achieved.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Tachyarrhythmias in horses.Hypersensitivity to adenosine or any component of
the formulation in horses.

PRECAUTIONS:
Administer by slow intravenous injection to avoid rapid injection in horses.
Closely monitor vital signs during administration in horses.
Use caution when administered with other medications in horses.

STORAGE:
Keep in dark and sealed. Below 25℃ at room temperature.
